Being turned down for credit is embarrassing and frustrating. Many patients delay treatment because they're afraid of the application process.
Our initial check is a soft search with zero risk to your credit score. If one provider declines, we work with multiple lenders and can try alternatives. We can also discuss phased treatment plans that require smaller finance amounts.
"I don't have money for a large deposit"
A big upfront payment can feel like the same barrier as paying the full amount. Some patients assume they need thousands ready before they can start.
Deposits are typically 10-20%, and we can sometimes be flexible. For a £6,995 full arch, that's as low as £700. We'll work with you to find an arrangement that gets treatment started.
"What if I can't make a payment?"
Life happens. Missing a payment is a genuine concern, especially with longer finance terms.
Finance agreements include consumer protections. If you're struggling, contact the finance provider early. They have hardship policies in place. Your implants aren't at risk from a temporary payment difficulty.
"Is it worth financing something this expensive?"

Can I get 0% finance on dental implants?
Yes. We offer 0% APR finance for up to 12 months on all implant treatments. A single implant at £1,695 works out to £141/month over 12 months with zero interest. Full arch solutions from £6,995 are approximately £583/month at 0%.
What monthly payments are available for full mouth implants?
Full arch implants start from £6,995. At 0% over 12 months, that's £583/month. Extended plans over 24-60 months bring payments as low as £175/month (interest applies on longer terms). We'll find the plan that fits your budget.
Will applying for finance affect my credit score?
Our initial eligibility check is a soft search that does not affect your credit score. A full credit check only happens if you choose to proceed with a formal application. You can check your eligibility with zero risk.
Can I get dental implant finance if I'm retired or on a pension?
Yes. Pension income counts as regular income for finance applications. Many of our senior patients use finance to spread the cost. The key factor is having regular income to cover monthly payments.
What happens if I'm declined for finance?
Declined applications are not the end of the road. We work with multiple finance providers, so if one declines, another may approve. We can also discuss alternative payment arrangements, phased treatment plans, or reduced deposit options.
Is there a deposit required?
A deposit is typically required, usually 10-20% of the treatment cost. For a £6,995 full arch, that's approximately £700-£1,400. The remainder is spread across your chosen finance term. We can sometimes be flexible on deposit amounts.

I was made to feel very comfortable from the start of my consultation. Robert was able to make me feel relaxed and talked me through all my options. Then on to the business manager Livi who was so kind and explained what the next steps were very patient with me while I was working everything out Look forward to my next visit where I won’t have to have teeth envy anymore cause I’ll be the one smiling from ear to ear .

Since breaking most of my front teeth and damaging the rest as a teenager in Leeds and living around the country since leaving home in the late 70s, I’m pretty familiar with dentists! I discovered over a year ago that old implants had failed and become infected. I needed complete replacements (and more!). Two other practices I contacted failed me too: difficultly getting appointments, expensive and overly protracted processes - that didn’t really get anywhere . . . etc. But, they say you have to kiss a lot of frogs before you find your prince or princess - and I eventually found both, in Dr Yasser and nurse Adriana at Dental by Design! Complete double arch implant surgery and badly infected bone was never going to be easy - but the whole team, from reception and initial interview to surgery made it the smoothest-running dentistry I have ever experienced. Walking in, It’s more like a design office reception than a dental surgery! Dr Yasser is jovial, good-humoured, even avuncular - but there’s no nonsense. Definitely, no BS! I felt very confident I was in the right hands. Nurse Adriana clearly knew what she was doing and the two, working as a great team, maintained very good contact with me through the longest surgery I’d ever had. I came out exhausted but smiling, with my temporary bridges - fitted the same day. That was a week ago - and after-care has been great . . . I’m so glad I kissed those first two frogs before finding this place! Thank you.

My experience of my consultation. I had a lovely experience at dental design although I was very nervous there was no need to be i was treated so well and given all the information I needed could not have been happier and so well inform of the whole process.
