What exactly does the lifetime warranty cover?
Our lifetime warranty covers the implant body and all the Vivo Bridge® zirconia restorations against manufacturing defects and structural failures. This means if your implant or zirconia restoration fails due to a defect or breaks under normal use, we'll replace it at no cost to you.
Are there any conditions I need to meet?
Yes, to maintain your warranty, you need to attend annual check-ups at our clinic and follow the recommended oral hygiene routine. This ensures your implants remain healthy and allows us to catch any potential issues early.
What's not covered by the warranty?
The warranty doesn't cover damage from accidents, trauma, or neglect. It also doesn't cover normal wear of acrylic components, bone loss due to gum disease, or issues arising from smoking or uncontrolled medical conditions.
Can I transfer my warranty if I move?
Your warranty is valid at any Dental by Design location. If you move to an area without our clinics, we'll work with you to find a qualified provider and may offer a partial transfer of benefits.
How do I claim under the warranty?
Simply contact our clinic if you experience any issues. We'll schedule a priority assessment appointment, evaluate the problem, and if it's covered under warranty, proceed with the replacement at no charge.

This place is the right place when we are talking about dentistry. I was welcomed by the receptionist in a very polite way, there was two of them and they offered me water to make me feel comfortable as I was rushing to not be late for my appointment. The clinic is easy to find, but I was a bit lost with my phone map. They are 2 min from the station. My dentist went into details with regards to what I needed and after I had someone explaining to me methods of payment. She helped me to do the application online and I am able to pay for my treatment in 24 months interest free. If I knew it was that easy, I would visit you earlier. Thank you Dental by Design Team.
