What exactly does the lifetime warranty cover?
Our lifetime warranty covers the implant body and all the Vivo Bridge® zirconia restorations against manufacturing defects and structural failures. This means if your implant or zirconia restoration fails due to a defect or breaks under normal use, we'll replace it at no cost to you.
Are there any conditions I need to meet?
Yes, to maintain your warranty, you need to attend annual check-ups at our clinic and follow the recommended oral hygiene routine. This ensures your implants remain healthy and allows us to catch any potential issues early.
What's not covered by the warranty?
The warranty doesn't cover damage from accidents, trauma, or neglect. It also doesn't cover normal wear of acrylic components, bone loss due to gum disease, or issues arising from smoking or uncontrolled medical conditions.
How do I claim under the warranty?
Simply contact our clinic if you experience any issues. We'll schedule a priority assessment appointment, evaluate the problem, and if it's covered under warranty, proceed with the replacement at no charge.

I spent quite awhile looking around doing research and even had a few consultations. As I was looking for teeth implants. Then i found Dental By Design. I have always been worried about my teeth as they were not very good. The moment i met Dr Yasser, what a lovely man friendly and most of all very welcoming so much so that i felt we were friends from day one. I used dental by design for 2 implants, as well as a root canal and several crowns, the exceptional doctor Yasser doing the work. I can honestly say this is the best dental experience i’ve had from start to finish, lovely staff at the front desk who have been accommodating when i’ve had to reschedule, Dr Yasser making me feel comfortable and doing an absolutely amazing job with the work, as well as being a stand up guy - i would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone
