I cannot recommend Dr. Yasser and his dental nurse, Adriana, highly enough. I recently underwent a full mouth dental restoration with implant-supported bridges, a procedure that lasted approximately six hours from start to finish. Despite the length of the treatment, which had a break at the halfway point, the entire experience was completely painless and far more comfortable than I ever imagined. From the very beginning, Dr. Yasser demonstrated exceptional skill, professionalism, and attention to detail. He took the time to explain every stage of the procedure, which gave me complete confidence and peace of mind throughout the day. Adriana was equally outstanding, providing constant support, reassurance, and care that made the whole experience feel relaxed and stress-free. The results have been nothing short of life-changing. Seeing my new teeth and smile for the first time was an incredibly emotional moment. The transformation has given me a level of confidence I haven’t felt in years, and I genuinely wish I had gone ahead with the treatment much sooner. If you are considering a full mouth restoration using implant-supported bridges, I can honestly say that placing my trust in Dr. Yasser and Adriana was one of the best decisions I have ever made. Their expertise, kindness, and dedication to achieving the best possible outcome have completely transformed my smile and my quality of life. Had a consultation yesterday for implants, place is clean and the reception lady forgive me bad with names as was nervous, she was so welcoming smiling so sweet, and offered me water which was needed as dry mouth along with nerves, went in few mins early met with a lovely lady again forgot the name but she was so lovely long brown hair ,put me at ease right away, the dentist again name slipped soon as i walked in he had a bad shoulder but omg I have never laughed in a dentist ever ,he was so lovely but the music or the machine was playing they had on while scans being done we had a good laugh and again he put me at ease, such lovely people honestly by my experience today one of the nicest friendliest dentist been too, then i went into room for the cost etc ,Livi and lady training ,livi knew her work and was so lovely and helpful, the lady training was so sweet honestly a sweetheart, I probably am going ahead with the implants but I could not recommend dental by design enough on yesterdays appointment, will give further updates when had done , amazing staff who look very close and great experience so far, such nice people 😊 thank u all for making it less harder then I imagined thank u so much Maria

Dr Yasser is an incredible dentist—both highly professional and genuinely personable, which immediately put me at ease. From the very first consultation through to the final fitting of my upper jaw implants, his care and expertise were outstanding. I can’t thank him enough for restoring my smile and rebuilding my confidence, something I had struggled with for quite some time. My entire experience with Dental by Design has been exceptional. From the welcoming reception team to the skilled dental staff, the service has been consistently top-tier. I would wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone seeking high-quality dental care.

I wanted to write a thorough review of Dental By Design as I went there for full upper and lower implant replacements, and I know this is a big decision for anyone considering the same. I’m now 13 days post-surgery and will update this as I continue the process, but this reflects my experience so far. From the beginning, I spent a lot of time researching implants and where to have them done. Like many people, I was initially drawn to the pricing at Dental By Design, but cautious about the “buy cheap, buy twice” concern, so I looked into the practice carefully, reading reviews here and on other sites. I was slightly unsure at first as some reviews felt repetitive, but I later understood why certain phrases are used once I met the team. I eventually booked an initial consultation. The phone staff were helpful and efficient, and the appointment required a holding deposit, which was refunded after I attended. I saw Dr Yasser, who the website describes as "a true implant artisan”, this is the repetitive phrase used in reviews that initially made me cautious but it is his personal brand and, after my initial consultation and subsequent surgery, I can confirm that the description is completely accurate. I’m very analytical and don’t respond well to being sold to, and Dr Yasser was excellent in taking the time to explain everything clearly and answer all my (many) questions. He went through scans with me in detail and showed exactly how the implants would be placed and how the procedure would work. I felt very cared for throughout the whole process and his calm demeanour put my mind at ease. I then met with a business manager who explained the costs and timeline. The only real downside for me was a mismatch in expectations around “teeth in a day”. This is advertised on the website, but Dr Yasser uses a 3-month temporary stage before final teeth. That said, his reasoning was very sound, and I independently researched this and agree it’s the better approach for long-term results, allowing gums and bone to heal properly and settle into the final shape. The temporary arches are also titanium reinforced and very strong. I do think the clinic could make this clearer on the website, as it may surprise some people. There is also an additional cost compared to the headline pricing, which wasn’t immediately obvious, but in the context of the treatment it felt worthwhile and therefore, I'm still giving them 5 stars. After deciding to proceed, I booked the surgery for around six weeks later. During that time I had a call with the sedation specialist, Dr Anand, who explained the process and answered further questions. On the day of surgery I arrived at 9am and was quickly made comfortable. Dr Yasser and Dr Anand explained everything clearly, I was sedated, and after that I have only a limited memory of the procedure. From my perspective it was calm, painless, and professionally handled throughout. Even when I became slightly more aware towards the end of the extractions, it was still comfortable and well managed. Afterwards I was fitted with temporary teeth. The initial bite wasn’t perfect, but I was very numb and sedated at the time and this was expected. At my follow-up just over a week later, Dr Yasser spent a lot of time adjusting everything and the bite is now excellent. My teeth already look better than they ever have, and I genuinely find myself going to the mirror several times a day just to smile. I’ll be on soft foods for around three months while everything heals. It’s not actually too different from what I could manage beforehand, apart from missing the occasional pizza (which is sadly a knife-and-fork situation now!). Overall, I highly recommend Dental By Design and especially Dr Yasser. I can confirm he really is a true implant artisan. The whole team has been professional, knowledgeable, and supportive throughout, and I’m very happy with the results so far. I’m now looking forward to the permanent set and the final stage of the process.
