What exactly does the lifetime warranty cover?
Our lifetime warranty covers the implant body and all the Vivo Bridge® zirconia restorations against manufacturing defects and structural failures. This means if your implant or zirconia restoration fails due to a defect or breaks under normal use, we'll replace it at no cost to you.
Are there any conditions I need to meet?
Yes, to maintain your warranty, you need to attend annual check-ups at our clinic and follow the recommended oral hygiene routine. This ensures your implants remain healthy and allows us to catch any potential issues early.
What's not covered by the warranty?
The warranty doesn't cover damage from accidents, trauma, or neglect. It also doesn't cover normal wear of acrylic components, bone loss due to gum disease, or issues arising from smoking or uncontrolled medical conditions.
How do I claim under the warranty?
Simply contact our clinic if you experience any issues. We'll schedule a priority assessment appointment, evaluate the problem, and if it's covered under warranty, proceed with the replacement at no charge.

Have no issues they are very professional careing friendly a bit expensive but you get a proper service and you don't get fobbed off with anything not like other I've been to full arch on top Jaw no issues with them as 1st dentist broke within 2weeks and got fobbed off with dentures 2nd dentist broke in 7months then every 2 months dental by design 3months no problems and aftercare is so much better and easier

In one word excellent. Unfortunately I can’t recall the dentist name, he took all the relevant test and ran through the results with me offering good advice and alternative procedures I hadn’t considered.
